About Me

I am a natural light, vintage-inspired photographer serving Eastern and Central Nebraska. I photograph babies, children, seniors, couples, and families. Sorry, no weddings. Each session offers a unique experience shot on location and rich in character. Here you will find my recent work, as well as all news and updates regarding my schedule. And attention you lurkers out there! yeah.... you know who you are....make yourself known once in a while! Hearing from you makes my day ;)

ryann--part II

Just a few more of miss Ryann.... I heart my freakin new hat!! Fit's Claire, who's 6 months old and Ryann who is 3. We don't have the heart to tell Claire that her head is huge.

birfday

I've realized that every day that goes by, I'm closer to being 3 decades old. Trying not to think about it.

claire bear

I am amazed how different she looks in all these. Every angle, every expression, hat....no hat. What a sweetie pie (except that crazy scowl on her face! Where'd THAT come from? haha her tush must've been gettin cold....)

the intern

Some people daydream about what's for dinner when they're waiting in line. Me-- I stare around and wonder who would photograph really well. Meet Shane. An intern at NW PT this semester, who has awesome blue eyes and cool hair. I'm still suprised he said yes to me to be honest. Good luck in your senior year of college, buddy : )

haydon

This little guy has my heart. The smoothest running newborn session I have had to date... and if he would totally fit in my camera bag. I love a good sleepy boy, but the very last pic in this post---which was actually the very last frame I took from the whole session--- still makes me laugh!

ryann

a sneak peek for aunt Staci! Had some fun playing with different textures on these---
and Ryann's mom: shut your eyes. These are a secret ; )

happy sunday

I say "happy sunday" just for those people out there who hate valentine's day. I, for one, am on the fence. I think it's a good thing for kids to be crafty and make valentines to exchange--- one of my favorite holidays at school because we got to make stuff. But as for valentines and adults---stick to gift-giving on your anniversary. No gifts or table for two....we're just havin plain ol' meatloaf tonight. (made with love, of course.)
And here's baby Claire! Six months old already..... none too smiley yesterday, but she's cute just the same.

zoie

A very interesting day to say the least. If you have ears, you've probably heard about what went down at Wells Fargo in Kearney today.... glad to know my hubby is safe in the living room with his leg up [finally]. He's gettin extra hugs tonight. :)
On a lighter note--- here is miss zoie. Chuck full of personality, this girl. At the end I had her do some frog jumps and she said "okay, Stac....you have officially worn me out!" Bless her.

a few more of shelby's bump...

blakely kaye

Our neighbors kids.... Brennan and the new miss Blakely. She was an 8-pounder and sleeeeepy. Good thing--because Brennan keeps it real. haha
I love her fat, chubby arms.

it's the nurse's turn! sneak peak

We didn't pick the coldest of days, but it sure could have been warmer!
I love these two people. John did amazing and I can't wait to see him with their new addition.
Shelby, on the other hand, is just going to be a natural. She is around babies all day everyday. She's a baby nurse. : )
this IS Shelby....
